Q: Why isn’t my login working?

★ Have you registered for JPus.Training already? Even if you are a member of JPus.org, you’ll need to create a new registration on the Learning Center site.
★ Make sure you are using your JPus.Training login information. We encourage members to use the same username and password on the two sites.

Q: What if I forgot my password?

★ If you forgot your password, click the lost your password button in the red box.
★ Then, enter your username or email address and a reset your password link will be emailed to you. If you don’t see the email in your In box, check your spam folder.

Q: How do I register on JPus.Training?

★ Click on “Register for Training” and complete the requested information. We encourage users of JPus.org to use the same login information and password on both sites.
★ After registering, you will be brought to the Training Account Page. This is where you can see all of the courses that you sign up for.

Q: How do I enroll in a course?

★ To enroll in a course, go to the Available Training page and click the course you want to take.
★ Then, click Take this Course to enroll.
★ To begin, click the blue circle in the box at the bottom of the page, under Training Content.

Q: How do I make changes to my account?

★ To update your contact information, simply edit your profile
★ You may also change your password.

Q: Where do I provide feedback or suggest new training topics?

★ After completing a training course, please tell us about your experience.
★ Make suggestions for additional training topics using the feedback form, too.
